Welcome to this beautiful boutique family run B&B home in Paris located in the 8eme in Paris moments walk to the the Arc de Triomphe (a street away) and the Champs Elysees. A regal and romantic upscale neighbourhood, and close to the Seine river and famous Pont Alexandre bridge where many movie scenes have been captured for centuries.

I really loved this B&B when I inspected and viewed it personally, it gives a refined professional feel, a luxury setting, but I love that this is offered to you by a friendly husband and wife team, Carine and Alexandre, who live on the premises with their 2 little bubbas in a separate quarter of the home. This boutique B&B home offers 3 lightfilled guest suites (Concorde Suite - accommodates up to 4, Vendome Suite - accommodates up to 4 and Bastille Room - accommodates up to 2) each with private entry and ensuite bathrooms, sitting lounge areas in 2 of the rooms with dining space, tea coffee facilities and with breakfast served to you by Carine and Alexandre daily, bringing your tray of breakfast delights to your door so you can enjoy breakfast in the tranquility of your room by the windows.

As this is their actual family home, when you enter you will find yourself in the communal foyer and to the right of this is their private home with their kids - and all the guest rooms are to your left. You have privacy to come and go as you please from your room into this foyer, though 2 rooms also have private entry from the hallway for anyone who prefers this.

This would be a home that I recommend to anyone who wants to be hosted by Parisian locals and hosts yet does not necessarily need or want the day to day interactions and wish to focus on exploring Paris. But of course like any petit host, Carine and Alexandre are dedicated to your comfort and happiness and will be there to assist you with all your needs.

From the door walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, you can walk down to the seine river and see the Eiffel tower, walk all along the Champs Elysees to reach Concorde and even beyond to the Tuileries garden and the Louvre. You have Metro line 1 at your doorstep too taking you to le marais easily and beyond to Bastille to explore those areas too. The left bank of Paris with known neighbourhoods such as the ‘St Germain’ is just a fun frolick over the famous bridges too. This will be a wonderful base for you to explore the very best of Paris, in clean spacious light-filled luxe suites.

From the moment you arrive, Carine and Alexandrea are is at your service to help you and provide you with information during your stay:

Daily Housekeeping Service - garbage will be taken out, the floors of your room will be swept and the beds will be made. Twice a week your accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned and linen will be changed. At your request, we are pleased to add an extra change of linen.
Restaurants - neighborhood tips for a wide variety of restaurants serving traditional French and exotic cuisine (reservations)
Tours Information of Paris - and its surroundings (museums, cruises on the Seine, cultural visits)
Local services - dry cleaning.
Reservations - taxi or private car.
Any kind of private transfers - Paris > Paris, Paris CDG airport or Orly > Paris, Paris > Disneyland etc with Mercedes luxury V-Class minivans & Mercedes E-Class or S-Class limousines.
Babysitters - through a specialist nanny agency if you decide to enjoy some quality time on your own in this most romantic of capital cities.
Baby cot - at disposal if needed.

Carine and Alexandre, began their B&B service in April 2016, both born and raised in Paris, graduated from a top French business school, married with 2 lovely daughters Victoria and Constance. Carine & Alexandre are entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the tourism industry including short term rentals, private tours, concierge services, etc. They are in love with their amazing city and they are pleased to welcome you in their home, a superb Haussmann-style huge apartment off the Champs Elysées and 1min walk from the Arch of Triumph.
